BloomSig Insights is a software application that integrates with Atlassian Jira to display advertising performance metrics from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. The Service provides:

  • Real-time ad performance metrics display within Jira issues
  • Campaign-to-issue linking functionality
  • Performance trend indicators and alerts
  • Integration with third-party advertising platforms

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Atlassian account with access to Jira Cloud
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be authorized to connect the advertising accounts you integrate

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond intended functionality

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Atlassian Jira. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

  • The respective terms of service of each platform
  • Your authorization to access the connected accounts
  • Compliance with each platform's API usage policies

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with third-party services.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOMSIG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloomSig and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or third parties
  • Is harmful to our business interests

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting integrations and contacting support.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BloomSig is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
